1.How did the book end?
The book end at the police and the American men came to arrest Mumatz and get the girls out of the place that they were living.
2.Were you satisfied with the ending?why or why not?
I was very much satisfied with the ending because the girls got recused and Mumatz arrest where she belongs.
3. what is the author's purpose for wring the book? what is his/her message to you?
The author's purpose is that she wants people to know that this whats in really life in every where.Her message to me is that she wants people to keep hope in every situation they are in.

I would recoomend this book to someone and more then one person. People who are in the situation that Lakshmi was in and some who is in a situation and don't know what to do.

I would look for Lakshmi when i hear that she left for the city and help her in any way I could do for her.
2.What advice would you give them?
don't give up keep going there is always hope when you can't keep going.
3.How would you help them in the situation they are in?
i would get a proof what mumatz is doing to the girls and go to the police and tell them every thing and get them to help me Recues the girls and Lakshmi.

The police could help them too.

In the book Lakshmi is been taken to India to work. Lakshmi and the auntie walked two day in villages all the two time Lakshmi thinking she will work as maid when fate have something else in store. she meet a man who take in India.

when the uncle-hasband said that he would protect her from harm and he didn't he lead her to the harm that surprised me when he didn't keep his Promise. i watch a movie just like that man says he will protect her and didn't.

someone will protect her form harm that the uncle-hasband didn't do for her in the first place. so she will survive.

so far i am surprise that the stepfather of Lakshmi do not do anything even if his right hand is not working.
